My friend Bruce Cook took this photo of the Tour of California going over the Golden Gate Bridge. Here's his account:What a miserable morning it was. Pouring rain. It had been pouring rain for more than 24 hours. I got up at 6am and trekked to the Bridge, race started at 8:30am and by 8:45am in was all over. During that window you only saw bicyclists for about a minute and a half.
